By creating an account or using any Dravyn service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
Security
Notify us immediately at team@dravyn.dev if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
One account per person
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, each person may maintain one account. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our products or services to:
Disrupt or abuse systems
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure, overload our systems, or interfere with the experience of other users.
Upload harmful content
Upload, transmit, or store files or data containing malware, viruses, or any code designed to cause harm to systems or users.
Break the law
Use our services for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or that violates the rights of any third party.
Reverse engineer
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract source code from any part of our products or services.
Misrepresent
Use our services in a way that falsely implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Dravyn.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload while using our products. By submitting content, you grant Dravyn a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, sell it, or use it for advertising.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, code, and materials produced by Dravyn — including but not limited to our websites, product interfaces, and documentation — are the property of Dravyn Tech Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Open-source packages released by Dravyn are licensed separately under their stated open-source licences.
7. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with or depend on third-party services. Your use of features that interact with these services is also subject to those services' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
8. Availability
We aim to keep our products available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We will endeavour to give advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from product unavailability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use our products at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dravyn Tech Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NGN 0 if you used a free tier.
11. Termination
You may stop using our products at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing team@dravyn.dev. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account, without prior notice, if we determine that these Terms of Service have been violated or that continued access poses a risk to other users or to our systems.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page reflects the most recent revision. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email where possible. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
